Production Time

All Muna’s Bridal Diracs are made-to-order and handcrafted with care.

Production time is 6–10 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.

During peak bridal seasons, production may take slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you directly.

Please note: Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched using a secure courier service.

Estimated shipping times:

• UK: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International shipping rates may vary depending on weight and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.

Muna’s Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unpaid import charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

Muna’s Bridal is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Lost or delayed packages due to inaccurate information

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, Muna’s Bridal is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages
• Courier-related issues

However, we will assist you in contacting the courier and supporting your claim where possible.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Muna’s Bridal is no longer liable for the package.

If you believe your parcel was delivered incorrectly, please contact the courier directly.

Important Reminder

As all pieces are made-to-order, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your wedding or event date to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
