2. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All bridal Diracs are made-to-order and may include custom sizing, embellishment selections, veil lengths, tailoring adjustments, and fabric specifications.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your garment is being created specifically for you
• Production begins after payment confirmation
• Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started
• All sales are final (see Return & Refund Policy)

Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, items cannot be restocked or resold.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Full payment or agreed deposit payment is required before production begins.

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Klarna, and major debit/credit cards.

You agree that all billing information provided is accurate and authorised.

4. Production & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated production time is 6–10 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• High seasonal demand
• Fabric sourcing delays
• Courier delays
• Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for:

• Any customs duties
• Import taxes
• Clearance fees imposed by their country

Muna’s Bridal is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our garments.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

7. Measurements & Fit Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
